Surveying Contracts & Projects
The primary contact person is Principal Surveyor, Larry L. Drewes, R.P.L.S. He provides liaison and coordination for private and governmental surveying contracts. Serving under the anchor of Land-Mark’s two Registered Professional Land Surveyors are seven fully equipped survey crews, of which two crews can be devoted to any new governmental or private surveying project. Land-Mark is fully automated with Global Positioning Systems, electronic total stations, data collectors, automatic levels, and digital electronic level equipment in the field. Each team member proposed for these surveying contracts has worked on projects of similar nature and is highly qualified in delivering a sound product, on time and within budget.
Land-Mark’s System
Land-Mark has a total of six IBM-compatible computer systems and has five staff persons available to operate computer aided drafting software, which will ensure the completion of all drafting needs. The Land-Mark team has an in-house QA/QC program to assure that all plats, maps, metes and bounds descriptions, and survey reports are reviewed for accuracy, quality, and content.
